At Silver Falls Seed Company we try hard not to make mistakes, but occasionally they do happen. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your shipment because of damaged goods, over shipments, missing goods or if you just have any questions please feel free to call us and our customer service will be happy to try and get the problem solved as fast as we can.
Out of Stock
Because our business fluctuates due to seasons, we sometimes can?t help running out of a variety of stock. We will e-mail or call you if this situation arises and inform you if this problem if it occurs and to if there is a substitute you would like with your permission.
Shipping
We ship by United Parcel Service, (UPS) & US Postal Service. We offer next day and second day air by request. As a note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes and some rural routes, so you need to provide a physical address. All other packages are sent regular delivery. We ship US Postal Service usually if the package is under 2 lbs. 2 or more pound packages are shipped US Postal Service or UPS - which ever of the two is cheapest depending on the delivery location.
Our Guarantee
All of our seeds at Silver Falls Seed Company are tested to assure quality. We abide by State and Federal Seed Laws regarding the restriction of weed seeds considered noxious by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Each lot of seed is tested approximately every 6-9 months to ensure that the seed we offer for sale retains vitality. All seed testing is conducted by an independent laboratory according to standard testing procedures approved by the Association of Official Seed Analyses, (AOSA).
Warranty
Our guarantee is our sole warranty; we make none other expressed or implied. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the seed only. The prices displayed on our web page are subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee establishment of plants due to various factors over which we have no control. Seed not accepted under these terms must be returned within 30 days.
