Shiny, Satin Rosettes grace layers of Silk and Polysilk Flowers on a rich, Velvet covered Headband.

This headband is a medium width (5/8") and the flowers are about 1-1/2" in diameter.

This is a velvet version of one of our best-selling headbands, Fuzzy Cloud Flower Headband. In the lighter shades, this is a year-round beauty. In the more intense shades, it is an excellent option for holiday - the rich color of the velvet contrasts beautifully with the sweet, feminine mix of sheer and opaque ivory flower layers.
