Order Processing

Corporations and LLCs

Paperwork for company formation will be shipped via FED EX and your Corporation kit via Airborne Express. You should expect these items to arrive within the next 3-5 business days. The paperwork included with the packages will explain how to assemble your documents.

Mail forwarding, Resident Agent and Corporate Paperwork Program Services

You will be contacted within the 48 hours following your order to confirm information and initiate the service.

Seminars Registration

You will receive an email immediately following your registration on-line followed by a confirmation call and email from us 10-days prior to seminar.

Cancelled Orders and Returns

All sales are final and non-refundable. All that we do is submitted and performed with the understanding that we are not engaged in rendering legal, accounting or other such professional service. If legal advice or other expert assistance is required, the services of a professional should be sought. This policy refers to the following product sales:

Publications

Publications have a 90-days return policy. Laughlin is not responsible for return postage on returned publications.

Seminars

All seminar transactions are final. You must notify Laughlin Associates 12 days in advance, in writing if you are unable to attend. You will have 12 months from the date of the seminar to attend another function.

The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The company reserves the right to change speakers if deemed necessary. All that we do is submitted and performed with the understanding that we are not engaged in rendering legal, accounting services or other such professional service. If legal advise or other expert assistance is required, the services of a person in those professions should be sought.
