RETURNS

Please contact our Fragrance Department at (310) 273-6544 to make arrangements for any returns. We will provide special instructions for returning merchandise unopened and in its original condition within 15 days after you receive your order.



SHIPPING INFORMATION WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. This delivery time does not include any credit issues or backordered product issues, which may delay the processing time of your order.

Shipping charge for one item standard is $7.00. For two to five items shipping charge is $11, six to nine items $15, ten to fifteen $20, sixteen and over $25.

For faster service we offer the following:

2nd Day Air - 2 business days (Including shipments to Alaska and Hawaii)
$15.00 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item
No weekend or holiday delivery.

Next Day Air - 1 business day
$30.00 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item
No weekend or holiday delivery.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
