This deluxe non-slip mat has the same excellent traction and durability as the standard yoga mat but is almost twice as thick, which gives extra padding for those who prefer it. It is 4mm thick (approximately 3/16"), 24" wide, and is 69" long.
The long life mats are very dense (no air pumped into them so they are very solid) and their surface absorbs sweat so you will not slip in active practice sessions.

They meet European "Oko Tex 100" certificate standards for environmental safety as they are manufactured in Germany and meet Oko Tex standards for not having harmful substances in them.

Machine washable with mild detergents in a front loading machine.
